Andy and I made many a ride to Camp Smith, Peekskill, NY in 1968 for Troop School. One learns a lot about someone during those rides.
I learned that Andy was an extremely honest, hardworking, dedicated cop who loved his job and country. Thanks for being a fellow trooper and most importantly, a friend. RIP Andy.

Dear Anne and family,
I worked with Andy for several years in Communications at SP Sidney.  He was always a pleasure to work with and a real gentleman.  We would pass the time on the A Line by talking about our families.  He was very proud of his family. I am so sorry for your loss.  I am sure  Andy will be so missed by many who knew him and loved him.
