Shawn M. Acre 36, yrs. old of New Berlin, NY passed away on May 14, 2023, in Oneonta, NY.
Shawn was born on November 20, 1986, in Rome, NY the son of Michael & Sheree (Carpenter) Acre. He spent his childhood in the New Berlin area and was a 2004 graduate of Unadilla Valley Central School. He later obtained his associate degree and was employed by Pathfinder Village, Edmeston, NY. He was a Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoyed music and golf.
On September 8, 2018, he married Stephanie Wright who survives him.
In addition to his wife Stephanie, and his father Michael, Shawn is survived by his daughters, Mackenzie, and Avery Acre and two sisters, Deb Gerl and Caree (Acre) Kellogg.
A celebration of life will be held on June 3, 2023, from 2:00-5:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church, New Berlin, NY.
He will be interred with his mother in Fairview Cemetery, New Berlin, NY. |
