Sanford M. Jones, 88 yrs. old of New Berlin, NY passed away on January 18, 2021 at Chenango Memorial Hospital, Norwich, NY.
Sanford was born on May 1, 1932 in New Berlin, NY the son of Morris R. & Dorothy L. (Adams) Jones. His childhood was spent in South New Berlin, NY where he attended South New Berlin School. He was a self-employed dairy farmer and a member of the South New Berlin Baptist Church. On October 5, 1956 he married Arlene M. Davis who predeceased him on May 14, 2013.
He is survived by his daughter, Brenda Seaver, grandchildren; Thomas C. Jones, Andrea M. Wetherbee and her husband Eric, Michelle D Wright and her husband Greg, great grandchildren; Kailey Wetherbee, Carolyn Wright, Reed Wetherbee & Brenden Wetherbee.
He was predeceased by his son, Thomas S. Jones.
A private funeral will be held at the convenience of the family.
