Helen Bard

Helen Sara O’Brien Bard, 63 yrs. old of Pittsfield, NY passed away on August 8, 2019 at MIB Hospital, Cooperstown, NY.

Helen was born on June 6, 1956 in Long Island, NY the daughter of William J. & Ann (Selts) O’Brien.  Her childhood was spent in Long Island where he attended Green Port High School in Greenport, NY.  She was employed as a biology professor at the University of Puerto Rico.

On October 12, 1985 she married Robert F. Bard who survives her.  She is also survived by her sons; Bill O’Brien of San Diego, CA and Charles O’Brien of Long Island, NY.
