Elizabeth F. Jackson, 90 yrs. old of South New Berlin, NY
passed away on January 27, 2018 in New Berlin, NY.

Elizabeth was born on July 11, 1927 in Neu Isenburgh, Germany the daughter of Wilhelm & Marie Magdlina (Vogal) Sahlfeld.  Her childhood was spent in Germany where she was a high school graduate.

On November 16, 1947 she married Leonard Jackson in Neu Isenburg.  Leonard predeceased her in June of 1992.

She was employed by Kraft Foods of New Berlin, NY and the Norwich Shoe Company.

Elizabeth is survived by her son; John William Jackson of Waterville, NY and daughter; Margaret Thomsen of New Berlin, NY as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 from 12:00-2:00 PM at the Dakin Funeral Home LP, New Berlin, NY.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

The interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery, New Berlin, NY.

Memorial donations in Elizabeth’s memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
