Linnie Marie Davenport 88 yrs. old of New Berlin, NY passed away on September 14, 2015 at Chase Memorial Nursing Home, New Berlin, NY.

Linnie was born on April 13, 1927 in Preston, NY the daughter of Devillo & Ethel (Nighigale) Davenport.  Her childhood was spent in the New Berlin and Edmeston areas and she was a member of the Berean Baptist Church of New Berlin.

Linnie is survived by one son; Larry Snyder Sr. of New Berlin, NY, 2 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. 

She was predeceased by one daughter; Marie Moore on September 28, 2014, two brothers; Leo and Herman Davenport and one sister; Virginia Marango.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 6:00 PM at the Dakin Funeral Home LP, New Berlin with The Very Reverend Charles Taylor of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church officiating.  Calling hours will be held from 5:00-6:00 PM prior to the funeral service.

The interment will be held in the South Brookfield Cemetery.
