Arlene H. Carota, 64 yrs. old of New Berlin, NY passed away on February 12, 2015 at MIB Hospital, Cooperstown, NY.

Arlene was born on April 5, 1950 the daughter of Arthur & Dorothy (Pankowski) Carota.  Her childhood was spent in East Meadow, NY where she was a graduate of East Meadow High School.  She also attended Tech School in Clearwater Florida.

She is survived by her sister; Elaine Carota, 2 nieces; Carrie Schaper and Carolyn Thomas and several great nephews and cousins.  She is also survived by her god-son, Steven White to whom she was like a mother.

She was predeceased by her parents and one brother, Bruce Carota.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the Dakin Funeral Home LP, New Berlin, NY with Reverend Stephen Reese officiating.
